RETURN & REFUND POLICY

14-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unopened and unused
• The original packaging must be intact and undamaged
• The product must be returned in the same condition as received

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

• Opened or used fragrances
• Products with broken seals or damaged packaging

This is in accordance with EU consumer rights regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), which exempt unsealed goods that cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly sent.
